S'mores are one of the delicious snacks that every child and even adults love, this simple but unique creation that everyone should try once in their life. The name "S'mores" is attributed to the contraction of the words "some more" which in English means "a little more", since you will always want to eat a little more S'mores if given the opportunity.
They are a delicious and simple dessert that is usually prepared around a campfire, consisting of a toasted marshmallow with a layer of chocolate between two pieces of cookie. S'mores are typical of the United States and Canada and their first records date back to the 20s, the first recorded version of the recipe is found in the 1927 publication of Tramping and Trailing with the Girl Scouts. and the authorship of this 'recipe' is attributed to Loretta Scott Crew.
Today, many variations of the original S'more are found around the world, one of them being our version the Churro S´mores. By lightly pressing the two churro spirals, the marshmallow expands because it is semi-molten, mixes with the topping and is ready to eat.
