November 3rd is the National Sandwich Day and at CHURROMANIA® we celebrate it with our CHURROMANIA® IceCream and Churro S´mores version of the sandwich. Have you tried them yet?
The origins of the sandwich date back to the 18th century, specifically to the birth date of Englishman John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich. It is said that this man was a fierce fan of card games, but also good cooking, so to avoid dirtying the cards he wrapped the meat in two slices of bread, giving rise to the dish we know today. The sandwich is one of the most popular and varied dishes that exist worldwide. We have created our own version of ice cream sandwich, the CHURROMANIA® IceCream, made with two crispy spirals of churro, filled with a portion of ice cream of your favorite flavor, covered with the topping of your choice. And we also invite you to try our version of the marshmallow sandwich, the Churro S´mores made with two crispy spirals of churro, stuffed with marshmallow, covered with the topping of your choice like dulce de leche, Nutella, chocolate, Guava or Cream Cheese.
